Imperfect Organization is a small business that provides digital organizational products for anyone to use in their personal and work life.

With a wide variety of different products available - planners, customizable templates, and spreadsheets - you’re bound to find something that suits your needs. Imperfect Organization’s main principles are minimalism, sustainability, and affordability.

Hello! I’m Kat - an imperfect organizer.

Owner & Content Creator, Imperfect Organization

Let me tell you a bit about myself and my story.

I’m a wife, mom, and an imperfect organizer. From university to jumping into my career, I've always had to stay organized, but I didn't always love planning options available to me.

I have always LOVED creating templates, journalling, planning, but I am FAR from perfect. My writing is terrible, I misplace papers all the time, and I go weeks without using my planner when life gets busy. I know most people want - practical, simple, and affordable solutions and that often comes in a digital form (that can also be customizable as well)!

In university I was in a full-time co-op academic program, so I didn't have much of a break to start my own business. After I started my maternity leave in 2022, I had went online to find a budget tool that I could adapt and change to my needs. I never knew that there was a market for such items and I already had a lot of customized documents and templates created for at home and at work.

That's when "Imperfect Organization" was born. In 2023, I started with creating templates for four main categories - Home, Life, Pregnancy & Work. While I still enjoy creating templates under these categories, my true passion is creating work productivity and organization templates.
