The products themselves are not imperfect; rather, the products available are for everyone - whether you are a hyper-focused organizer or if you have ADHD tendencies, there is something available for you. Organization isn't about perfection; instead, it's about finding what works for you in a practical way.

Of course there is always a possibility you may not be happy with your purchase. Please send me a message and I would be happy to work with you to find another product you like or find another solution.

At this time, Imperfect Organization does not offer customized products. If you are looking for an addition to a product, different size or other alteration I would happy to work with you to find a solution. There may or may not be an extra charge associated with the change, so please reach out!

If you are in a small team or business and you’d like to get “business” pricing, please connect with me! If you’d like a bundle of products based on your team size we can work together to find an agreeable cost.

Between this website and Etsy there isn’t a “better” option. I have found some customers prefer purchasing on Etsy as it is a well known marketplace, while others are okay with an individual business website. The Imperfect Organization website serves as a “hub” for the business where you can access more products and tools than on Etsy.
